Sinopsis / Synopsis
Una madre utiliza la cámara para enfrentarse a sus miedos y dar sentido a una experiencia que ha marcado su vida desde niña. Entre el deseo de filmar y la experiencia de la maternidad, comienza un viaje hacia aquello que la expone y al mismo tiempo la transforma.
A mother uses her camera to confront her fears and make sense of an experience that has shaped her life since childhood. Caught between her desire to film and the experience of motherhood, she embarks on a journey toward that which exposes her while transforming her at the same time.
Directora
Idayra Suárez (Santa Cruz de Tenerife, España, 16/02/1986) es directora, guionista y productora con formación en cine experimental y documental de autor. Licenciada en Comunicación Audiovisual, su trabajo tiene una mirada autoral y comprometida con la infancia y los derechos humanos. «Las formas de lo frágil» es su ópera prima.
Idayra Suárez (Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain, 02/16/1986) is a director, screenwriter and producer with a background in experimental cinema and auteur documentary. She holds a degree in Audiovisual Communication, and her work has an authorial perspective, with a strong commitment to children’s rights and human rights. “The Forms of the Fragile” is her debut film.
