Jorik Dozy (Amstelveen, Países Bajos, 14/09/1987) trabajó durante una década en Lucasfilm’s Industrial Light & Magic como Lead Environment Artist en películas como Avengers, Star Wars, Lord of The Rings, Transformers y muchas más, desarrollando una visión única para el detalle. Es cofundador de Studio Birthplace, un estudio creativo especializado en contenidos medioambientales y mensajes sostenibles para el planeta. Sus películas abordan temas como la crisis ecológica, el cambio climático, la contaminación y otras problemáticas sobre las que es necesaria concienciación. «Broken Wings» (2023) es su cortometraje número catorce como director en Studio Birthplace, tras «Wear Wool, Not Fossil Fuel» (2022), tres capítulos de la miniserie «Change Drivers» (2022), «Wasteminster» (2021), «Humanity’s Impact» (2021), las tres partes de la serie «Dangerous Lies» (2021), «The Journey of Hope» (2020), «Sleepless» (2019), «Birthplace» (2018), «Those Who Have Reindeer» (2018), «Terraform» (2017) y «Epoch» (2017).

Jorik Dozy (Amstelveen, The Netherlands, 09/14/1987) spent 10 years at Lucasfilm’s Industrial Light & Magic as Lead Environment Artist working on films such as Avengers, Star Wars, Lord of The Rings, Transformers and many more, developing a meticulous eye for detail. He went on to co-found Studio Birthplace, a creative studio focused on telling Earth’s most urgent stories. Jorik’s films shed light on the ecological crisis, climate change, pollution and other vital topics that are in dire need of more awareness. “Broken Wings” (2023) is his fourteenth work as a director at Studio Birthplace, after “Wear Wool, Not Fossil Fuel” (2022), three of the five part mini-series “Change Drivers” (2022), “Wasteminster” (2021), “Humanity’s Impact” (2021), three part mini-series “Dangerous Lies” (2021), “The Journey of Hope” (2020), “Sleepless” (2019), “Birthplace” (2018), “Those Who Have Reindeer” (2018), “Terraform” (2017) and “Epoch” (2017).

​Sil van der Woerd (Tiel, Países Bajos, 30/05/1982). En sus cortometrajes, videoclips y proyectos audiovisuales combina localizaciones exóticas, fotografía impresionante y efectos especiales para contar historias relevantes sobre medio ambiente y temáticas humanitarias y espirituales. Sus trabajos más recientes hablan de deforestación, hábitos de consumo, calentamiento global y uso de plásticos, y han sido premiados en todo el mundo. Estudió Bellas Artes en Arnhem (Países Bajos) y Efectos Especiales en Hollywood. Sil van der Woerd (Tiel, The Netherlands, 05/30/1982). In his films, music videos and new media projects, he combines exotic locations, stunning cinematography and visual effects to tell heartfelt stories about ecological, humanitarian and inspirational subjects. Sil’s recent works brought attention to topics like deforestation, overconsumption, global warming, and the plastic soup, and collected many awards & recognitions. He studied Fine Arts in Arnhem, the Netherlands and Visual Effects in Hollywood. In 2019, Sil co-founded Studio Birthplace, a studio that focuses solely on ecological topics and a sustainable future for our planet. He has directed several music videos, installations and created “Jungle Heroes”, a mobile game. “Broken Wings” (2023) is his twelfth work as a director at Studio Birthplace, after “Wear Wool, Not Fossil Fuel” (2022), “Wasteminster” (2021), “Humanity’s Impact” (2021), three part mini-series “Dangerous Lies” (2021), “Sleepless” (2019), “Birthplace” (2018),“Those Who Have Reindeer” (2018), “Terraform” (2017), “Epoch” (2017), “Mantra” (2016) and “Requiem 2019” (2012).
