Daniel Gandra (Río de Janeiro, Brasil, 16/03/1981). Después de trabajar durante más de una década en una multinacional como abogado, descubrió la pasión por el cine mientras hacía un doctorado en Portugal. Recibió una beca para un máster de dirección en Barcelona. Mientras lo estudiaba, entró en contacto con iraníes residentes en Barcelona y decidió contar su historia. «Revolución Extranjera» es su primera obra como director.

Daniel Gandra (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, 03/16/1981). After working for more than a decade in a multinational company as a lawyer, he discovered the passion for cinema while pursuing a doctorate in Portugal. He received a scholarship for a master’s degree in movie directing in Barcelona. While studying, he came into contact with Iranians living in Barcelona and decided to tell their story. “Revolution Abroad” is his first film as a director.
