Pantelleria

Jan Cornet (Barcelona, España, 24/02/1982). Actor, director, productor y guionista. Como actor ha participado en producciones como «La piel que habito», que le valió el Premio Goya a Mejor Actor Revelación y el premio de la Unión de actores, además de otras producciones internacionales como «There Be Dragons», «Risen» o «Red Lights». En 2020 escribió, produjo y dirigió su primer cortometraje, «Latitud», seleccionado en festivales de todo el mundo. Actualmente compagina sus proyectos como actor con el desarrollo de su primer largometraje. «Pantelleria» es su segundo cortometraje como director.

As an actor, he has worked in films like “The Skin I Live In” by Pedro Almodóvar -he won the Goya Award for Best New Actor and the Unión de Actor Award for his performance- and many other international productions like “There Be Dragons”, “Risen” and “Red Lights”. In 2020 he wrote, produced and directed “Latitude”, his first short film, which was selected in festivals worldwide. He is currently developing his first feature film and working as an actor. “Pantelleria” is his second short film as a director.
