Sinopsis / Synopsis

Jesús (15) es el único hijo de un matrimonio muy católico, que sufre el bullying de sus compañeros de clase debido a una discapacidad física, que le obliga a ir en silla de ruedas. Jesús sueña con que Lara, una compañera de clase, protagonice su primera película de terror. La noche de Halloween todos formarán parte de su macabra película.

Jesús is a 15-year-old boy who dreams of recording a homemade horror movie, starring Lara, his platonic love. The odds seem decisively stacked against him. An overprotective and extremely religious mother, classmates who bully him and a strange disease that forces him to use a wheelchair all stand in his way. But on Halloween night, they will all become part of his macabre film.

Director

Andrea Segarra Bueno (Benicarló (Castellón), España, 26/02/1989). Actor, director y guionista. Licenciado en Publicidad y RRPP en la UCM. Escritura cinematográfica en UCM. Diplomado en Arte Dramático en la escuela Cristina Rota. Máster en dirección de proyectos Culturales en La Fábrica. Máster en Dirección Cinematográfica en Escuela Cine Bilbao. Escribe, produce, protagoniza y codirige la serie «Barbitúrica Burlesque», ganadora del premio a mejor serie en el Festival de Cine de Zaragoza y seleccionada en festivales como Cinema Jove. «Sangría» es su tercer cortometraje como director y guionista, después de «La petite mort» (2017) y «El ángel azul» (2017).

Andrea Segarra Bueno (Benicarló (Castellón), Spain, 02/26/1989). Actor, director and screenwriter. Degree in Advertising and PR at the UCM. Film writing at UCM. Diploma in Dramatic Art at the Cristina Rota School. Master in Cultural Project Management at La Fábrica. Master in Film Direction at the Bilbao Film School. He writes, produces, stars in and co-directs the series «Barbitúrica Burlesque», Best Series at Zaragoza Film Festival and selected in festivals as Cinema Jove. “Sangría” is his third short film as a director and screenwriter, after “La petite mort” (2017) and “El ángel azul” (2017).
