Santi García (Madrid, España, 16/06/1994). Estudió cine en la escuela UWE (Bristol), estudios que compaginó con los de Bellas Artes en la UB (Barcelona). Tras graduarse en 2018, regresó a Madrid para empezar su carrera en la industria audiovisual en España. Desde entonces, ha trabajado en publicidad, cortometrajes y videoclips, así como en series y largometrajes como director de arte y diseñador de producción principalmente, aunque también en numerosas ocasiones como jefe de producción o ayudante de dirección (entre otros cargos). «Hoy es el día» (2021), su primer cortometraje como director, fue premiado y seleccionado en múltiples festivales. «El re-negado», un corto más modesto y personal, es su segundo trabajo como director.

After his graduation in 2018, he went back to Madrid to start his career in the Spanish film industry. Since then, he has worked in short films, advertisements, features and series, mainly in the art department as an art director and production designer but also, as a producer and assistant director amongst others. “Today’s the Day” (2021), his first short film as a director, was selected and awarded in several festivals. “The denial”, a more modest but also more personal film, is his second short film.
