Blind Eye Team

Bruno Cohen (Italia, 19/11/1994). Nacido en Italia, se mudó a Estados Unidos con once años, donde estudió animación (Pratt Institute of New York). Después de graduarse allí, se mudó a Los Ángeles para trabajar en publicidad y, un año después, se asentó en París para estudiar animación en Gobelins, donde creó junto con un grupo de estudiantes «Blind Eye» (su primer cortometraje como codirector).

Bruno Cohen (Italy, 11/19/1994). Born in Italy and moved to the USA at age 11, he studied animation at the Pratt Institute of New York. Once he graduated he moved to Los Angeles to work in advertising. After a year he moved to Paris to study animation at Gobelins, where he directed his graduation film with a group of students, “Blind Eye” (also his first short film as a co-director).

Germaine Colajanni (Italia, 29/03/1989). Mitad italiana, mitad inglesa, estudió animación en UK Farnham UCA y posteriormente se mudó a Sicilia para trabajar como diseñadora gráfica y motion graphic artist en Addiopizzo. Posteriormente, se mudó a París para estudiar animación en Gobelins, donde creó junto con un grupo de estudiantes «Blind Eye». Antes de este trabajo, había dirigido los cortometrajes «What if?» y «Scared of the Dark».

Germaine Colajanni (Italy, 03/29/1989). Half Italian half English, she studied animation in the UK Farnham UCA. Then she moved to Sicily to work at Addiopizzo as a graphic designer and motion graphic artist. After that, she worked for four years in interactive design. She then moved to Paris to study animation at Gobelins, where he directed his graduation film with a group of students, “Blind Eye”. Before this film, she previously directed the short films “What if?” and “Scared of the Dark”.

Rohan Deshchougule (India). Antiguo alumno de Gobelins, l’école de l’image, graduado en 2019. Ilustrador independiente, animador y artista de storyboard.

Rohit Kelkar (India, 14/04/1993). Se graduó en Diseño de Cine de Animación en Pune y, tras trabajar como ilustrador y animador autónomo durante un par de años, se mudó a París para estudiar el máster de animación de personajes y animación en Gobelins, donde creó junto con un grupo de estudiantes «Blind Eye» (su primer cortometraje como codirector).

Rohit Kelkar (India, 04/14/1993). He did his graduation in Animation Film Design in Pune. After working as a freelance illustrator / animator for a couple of years, he moved to Paris to do his Masters in Character Animation and Animated Filmmaking at Gobelins, where he directed his graduation film with a group of students, “Blind Eye” (also his first short film as a co-director).

Isabela Littger de Pinho (Brasil, 04/09/1993). Se mudó a Florida para estudiar animación 3D en el Ringling College, y tras su graduación volvió a Brasil, donde trabajó durante dos años como storyboard artist y directora artística. Posteriormente, se mudó a París para estudiar animación en Gobelins, donde creó junto con un grupo de estudiantes «Blind Eye». Antes de este trabajo, había dirigido el cortometraje «None of That».

Isabela Littger de Pinho (Brazil, 09/04/1993). She moved to Florida to study 3D animation at Ringling College. After graduation, she moved back to Brazil where she worked for two years as a storyboard artist and art director. She then moved to Paris to study at Gobelins, where she directed her graduation film with a group of students, “Blind Eye”. Before this film, she previously directed the short film “None of That”.

Diego Porral Soldevilla (España, 30/07/1992). Animador independiente residente en Londres (Reino Unido), donde ha trabajado para estudios como Golden Wolf, The Line, Nexus, etc. Su carrera comienza durante sus años estudiante en la escuela universitaria ESNE (Madrid, España), donde rodó «Back Then» (2016) y «Un día en el parque» (2017), con el que consigue más de 250 selecciones y premios en festivales nacionales e internacionales de primer nivel, una nominación a los Premios Goya 2018 y el Premio Fugaz a mejor corto de animación. En 2018 continúa su formación en la escuela de animación Gobelins (París, Francia), rueda su tercer corto, «Monsters Walking» (2018), y codirige su corto de graduación, «Blind Eye» (2019). Sus cortometrajes se siguen seleccionando en certámenes de todo el mundo.

Diego Porral Soldevilla (Spain, 07/30/1992). Freelance animator currently living in London (United Kingdom), where he has worked for studios such as Golden Wolf, The Line and Nexus, among others. His career took off while he was a student at ESNE University school (Madrid, Spain), where he shot “Back Then” (2016) and “Un día en el parque” (2017). The latter has been selected in more than 250 festivals worldwide, nominated to a Goya Award in 2018 and awarded the Premio Fugaz for Best Animated Short Film. In 2018, he moved to Paris (France) to attend the Gobelins school in animation and shot his third short film, “Monsters Walking”. A year later, he co-directed the short film for his graduation project, “Blind Eye” (2019). His works have been selected in festivals all over the world and they are still being nominated.

Yujia Wang (China, 23/03/1995). Estudió animación en la Beijing Film Academy y trabajó como diseñadora de personajes en Oriental DreamWorks (ahora conocido como Pearl Studio). Después de esto, se mudó a París para estudiar el máster de animación de personajes y animación en Gobelins, donde creó junto con un grupo de estudiantes «Blind Eye» (su primer cortometraje como codirectora).

Yujia Wang (China, 03/02/1995). She studied animation in Beijing Film Academy and worked in Oriental DreamWorks (now known as Pearl Studio) as a character designer. She then moved to Paris to study animation at Gobelins, where she directed her graduation film with a group of students, “Blind Eye” (also her first short film as a co-director).
